but one thing i want to say on all this am i a driector cos i have a vision but i have actually shot anything yet and stuff like that is

if you pick up a camera and switch it on , you already have ten times more experience than what most people claim to have. Theres too much crap in this industry all ready

to me , i dont think its important whether you want to call yourslef a director or not but more imortantly, can you actually do the job in hand ?

You know what? There are some people in Hollywood (and some people on this board) who actually have directed films, and even they are not directors. They have 'directed', but they do not deserve the title of 'director'.

Now then, what does that make you? Get over yourself and your so-called vision. Make your fucking film already. Even if its for nothing. If you truly care about it, and you are true to yourself with it, THEN you are a filmmaker.
